Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Assistant. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for entering data into digital databases, verifying and editing data for accuracy, and generating reports. Additionally, they will provide administrative assistance, communicate effectively with team members, and deliver quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Typing and Computer Literacy skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in data entry or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Roles Responsibilities:
- Protect premises, property, and information
- Reporting daily to Supervisor with all daily reports as per procedures
- Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
- All Health, Safety, and Environment instructions are to be adhered to at all times
- Operating and monitoring security systems
- Patrol on foot searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site
- Write appropriate reports as required
